i dislike the fact that the original arrived broken because i have the inconvenience of dealing with this now, but i do want to tell you that i greatly appreciate how quickly you corrected the situation. i'll be getting a printer for christmas and i will return the broken item to you after christmas. thank you for so graciously correcting the problem.

Not quite as yellow as I thought it would be, but it’s lovely anyway.
I was pleased that it shipped so quickly and that it was packaged so well. I had thought her dress was a pale yellow, but it’s actually more of a beige color. Still, she’s beautiful and delicate, and I think the recipient will be quite happy with this gift.
