Stripped Screw Holes-No option to Contact Seller to Resolve
Loved everything about this item however the shell is not attached to the metal. You have to screw it in and the one received had stripped screw holes in the shell. It holding up now but not sure how long it will last. There is no option to contact the seller to see if I can get a replacement shell and screws so I am going to take my chances. If the seller is reading this, I'd appreciate it if you can accommodate and I'd be happy to change my rating to a 5 star review.

Large fireplace back plate shell design
