yes they do they are very nice!!!

Q: are these latex free ?

I don't know if are latex free. know they are non-toxic and my little 11 month old grandson has been playing with them. My daughter is very particular so she would not let him play with them unless they were safe.

These are to small for in the sand, there is a hole in the underside where sand can ge in it.
