Excellent, fun toy
My autistic son adores this toy. It is helping build his hand eye coordination, fine motore skills, & giving him an outlet for his extra energy. He loves to playfully bang on things, so a hammer toy made for that is the perfect answer for this! Even my older nephews & niece enjoyed playing with this. It is quite loud, which is great. It helps learn counting & is adorable. The changing eyes & the screw as a nose is an excellent aesthetic touch. I definitely recommend this toy if your child enjoys lights, sounds, & singing toys.

The hammer is a great toy.
My sin was given the hammer for his birthday. It was very intriguing to him as soon as he opened it. Ince we got the batteries in he was FULL of smiles and giggles. There are 3 modes, off button, music, learning. What I am calling the learning is when it's set to the book. Its different than a lot of toys. In my opinion it is better than a lot of toys that try to teach. Everytime you hit the hammer it counts the next digit up. This is allowing them the physical action to hear the ascending digits. It's better than pushing a button and hearing the number 10. They bang and it starts counting. The colors are fun. The rattle is a pleasant sound. Not a super annoying noise. The music is a good volume and the songs are pleasant to hear. I ha ent yet had to say turn that darn thing off. The quality is great. It's not a flimsy cheap plastic. I was worried with the banging it would fall apart or crack. That's not going to be the case. It's going to be a fun motor skill to learn for my son. I have 4 kids and wish I knew about these toys 11 years ago.

Fun and different
Baby loves this toy, we had for two months and she was 9 months old, she didn’t care for it much. After a while she started to bang it against stuff and laugh, it’s awesome. The music is fabulous but there is no volume control which is terrible. It’s rather very loud if the house is quiet but it is okay if people are around and there is ambient. I don’t recommend it for young babies, the volume is jarring. Additionally it requires hand control. I would label this as 9+ months.

Super cute! Nice features
Got this for my 1 yr old for Christmas so he hasn’t played with it yet but I did. I wanted to make sure it worked so I put batteries in it and it’s super cool. He’s gonna love banging this thing. He has a small one that does nothing that he bangs on the floor now. This one has sounds, lights and the eyes are coolest part it you ask me. Lol

Huge hit...no pun intended!
Gifted this to 1 year old grandson who loves it and so does his 3 year old sister. She is the master mind for turning it on and off, while he seems to love just banging. It has been named Bonky! The volume is great as it is quite audible, but not so loud as to be obnoxious to others. The size is perfect for little hands. Grandson just bangs away but granddaughter is more intentional as she chooses what to hear. Nice that it will last a while for him as he grows. The eyes re hilarious.

Cute toy, but it's quite heavy & the handle is very thick, which makes it hard for my baby to hold in one hand
