Nice chair. WFH was becoming really achy without the chair. Was worried about the chair getting broken while delivery as it has happened before for other chair and I had to return it but, to my surprise this chair was packed very nicely and all parts came out in one piece. Assembled in 30 minutes with the provided screw, washer, a tool for screw and the instructions. Got it for Rs 3690/-

Delivery was pretty fast on Prime. Easy to assemble, screws and L key is provided along with instructions. You can also access a video, which I didn't use, so can't comment on that. The chair is comfortable enough. I like it. That said, there are minor imperfections. 1. There is a creaking sound coming from the chair after barely a week of usage. Could be ignored. 2. Tyre frame thing is not well finished, there are sharp edges. 3. My main gripe is the fact that the backrest is not tightly fixed on the seat and is rotating from side to side. The movement is very small, but I can feel it, hence irritating the f out of me. Everything said, it is a decent enough buy for around 3.4k.

Chair is good but wheel quality is not good.

I had bought this chair in 2020 and after an year, the seat plastic broke and there was a disbalance. I sent many emails to their customer care number, made phone calls, once picked up by someone, but no one respond. The chair is cheep in price and hence in quality. Average life of the chair will be 1.5 years.

Easy to assemble and good product. There was some issue with seat, I called the company and they changed the seat without any fuss.

The frames where the wheels are screwed to is very sharp and can scratch the legs. Its finishing could have been better. Update after using for couple of weeks. I am getting back pain because of the back rest. I made sure that the back rest was fixed properly and have adjusted the chair height fit for mine. It is now a paid inconvenience. Surely the back rest is not good enough and creating issues. Please go for some better brand and don't compromise buying this for low cost. For me Rs.2920 is wasted and I also missed the return window :(. Go for better brands in Savya or even better ones available in the market. I feel like I should not have bought this online and instead should have gone for a furniture shop and bought the chair :(. Sad.

Chair per se is comfortable to sit and use it to study but it would have been best if the wheels could get locked. Whole time the effort goes in stabilizing the chair as the chair keeps moving all over the place. The chair is easy to assemble and is worth the price. Doesn’t appear cheap at all. Quality Is up to the expectations.

Good packaging, easy to assemble with clear Instructions given took me 15 minutes. Very comfortable chair and good quality product
