10 Sugared Pinecones Novelty Light Set: Indoor/Outdoor

I love the way the pine ones look with the sugared edges. It adds a kind of glow to them which creates a casual look that I like. I was thrilled to find them as my last string quit after being on for 5 years nonstop. The pine cones aren’t attached to the light string so you have to push them on yourself - which is easy.

I didn't want your typical Christmas lights on the mantle this year, so these looked like they would fit the bill. They are larger than I thought, but perfect for the scale of the mantle. The lights, when assembled, are amber. They aren't meant to provide light, but rather ambiance. And, they'll be appropriate décor well past the holidays.

These are a beautiful, subtle color, BUT the cones do not attach to the light string, they just fall off the bulb sockets. I used some blue tack to just get them to stay put on the lights for the mantal, but that would not work if using on a tree. I would love these if they actually attached properly.

On Amazon website this product was described as indoor/outdoor. However, it was clearly stated in big print that the lights were indoor only. 3 stars because they looked attractive and would work if you wanted them for the inside of your home.

These pinecone lights are kind of pricey but well worth it because they are unique. Every once in awhile a pinecone pops off the strand but for the most part they stay put and seem to be made well. The "pinecones" slide over a standard mini light and emit a warm amber glow. This is a nice set because they're quite realistic. I used these on my mantel to decorate for Christmas/winter. They could be used in some capacity year-around, however, with nature/rustic/cabin theme decor.

They don't seem quite as bright as when I got them from Menards previously, but they are still beautiful. I love the amber glow they give off, and how sparkly they are (though the glitter gets to be a bit much when handling them).

I had a set of these that I obtained many years ago from elsewhere. When they stopped working, I didn't think I would find another set like them, and Amazon did not disappoint me! These are basically the same lights I originally purchased. They look beautiful on my tree, and are well made. Very happy with this purchase
