Can’t wait to use these for my wedding send off!!!

I purchased this item for kids to wear in a parade. I even paid extra for one day delivery. Upon opening at parade to put on kids, half the tube did not work. Ends of the sticks would not light up at all and during parade started to go out in color and didn't last two hours. I would have liked to return for a refund, but didn't have that option.
