The "how to use" directions says to rinse the toner off with water. Why?

Rinsing the skin with water after application of the toner will aid in removing dead skin cells and impurities.

I used to purchase from Soko glam but a package got lost in the mail and appeared as delivered. I cannot afford to lose money and I have to import them to my country afterwards, so I needed something secure and easy. The ones I have bought so far are the same as the ones I got from Soko glam. I would say this is a real product from the manufacturer

does this contain alcohol?

it does not! It is very moisturizing and does not strip or dry your skin out like a lot of other toners! this is the best one i’ve ever used!
