Fit Perfect On Mercury Optimax 250xs
Old screw had bad o ring and was leaking out the vent hole. When I drained gear oil last fall it was milky. Added new gear oil and drove boat all summer this year and when I drained gear lube it was perfect.

Works well and holds up in Chesapeake brackish water
Worked well, no leaks and used all season. Used on my 125Hp Mercury EXLPTO lower unit by SEI. Definitely recommended to replace at least every other season.

Perfect fit
I had trouble getting the old plug out and needed a replacement. This did the job and saved me a trip to the marina.

Always use the yellow washers. Used on 2001 mercury 200 EFI
Only needed the washers. Almost just as cheap to buy the plugs with washers. I believe these yellow washers are the way to go. Might as well change the plugs with washers. Or keep them on hand
