I bought this for my mom who has essentially lost almost all right hand usage/dexterity. I'm not thrilled at the price bump for what used to be a crayola thing for kids:https://www.amazon.com/Micro-Innovations-Crayola-Kids-Trackball/dp/B00004W40X?ie=UTF8&ref_=cm_cr_arp_d_product_topjust to add the two external plugs, but I got it anyway. It definitely helps her so I am happy with that, I would say that the button placement at the top is not the greatest location. I think there should be an option to plug the USB cable either on top of bottom, letting you flip the thing around and have the buttons at the bottom.Also, the external button I got, plugs STRAIGHT into the side, which made me need to purchase a 90 degree 1/8th adapter so that I could actually keep it near the keyboard. (See picture). Also the external button does not come with any type of grippy bottom surface, so it slides around all over the place, unless you screw it in.

I'm frustrated. Right button works with 1 sec delay. Drag-lock feature can not be turned off.

It is large. Kind of like a little space ship landed on your desk. It is wonderful for arthritic hands. Would highly reccomend. Only issue i have is i cannot find the plug in switches.
