Lift Supports Depot Qty (2) Replaces C16-21703 C16-04464 C16-04464A 13 Inch Extended 30lbs Force Shocks Struts

My dad asked me to find a replacement for his C16-04464A model camper shell lift arms. The original OEM's were back ordered and 2x as expensive as these. I was hesitant to purchase these because the measurements didn't exactly match the original, but I didn't have an alternative.I'm glad to say that these installed with no problem and work perfectly. My dad has reported that these are sturdier than the originals.

This is at least the third set of these I've purchased. They work, they fit perfectly, and they are quality. They will eventually wear out, usually after three or four years, so I just get another set because I know they work and work well.

Measured and fit perfect. Replaced gas springs on my rear upper window on the shell of my Tundra. Did the install myself and was easy (two people helps though), just need a flat head screwdriver. My shell is 9 years old and the original pair was worn out (used a pole to prop the window open), so good work. Finding the right part online is the hardest part.

These work great. Easy install. My topper is old and I think the company is out of business, and I couldn't find a replacement that matched the numbers on my old lifts, or any that matched the length exactly. I took a chance that these would work. They were slightly shorter than my originals, but work just fine. Won't know how good they really are till they've been on for a year or so, but for now they're doing what they're supposed to do.

If you are looking for a replacement support, this is the one to buy, I ordered mine they were shipped quickly and received them on the day that they were expected, you need a small screwdriver to pull the clip loose and pull offthe old support. The new support installs the same way it came off, the new supports are significantly stiffer than the old ones which is nice because the window doesn't blow down in the wind, no more window rattling either it has a nice solid seal, The price was cheaper than all of the others that I found so don't bother trying to price them out

My camper shell window could not be relied upon to stay open and was a bit dangerous. The new lift supports resolved this problem and returned the window to a better than new condition. It now has a more rapid, easier opening than it ever had and stays in place far better than even when new.Very fast delivery and easy instructions for instillation. Easy simple instillation with only a small screw driver to retract and hold the retainer spring.I suspect I will never need to buy another set of these, but if I do I would buy from this company again.
