it is much more convenient than chopping up a swede but it doesn't taste as nice as a freshly chopped up swede

Nothing worse than peeling swede. I pressure pro 2 bags at a time and mash with butter and herbs. Weigh into tubs and refreeze. Great for a keto or low carb diet. A good substitute for potatoes
