The Lord of the Rings was directed by Peter Jackson and features a score composed by Howard Shore. The trilogy earned a total of 17 Academy Awards®, including three for music. Beautiful packaging, quality sound
We gave this to our teenage daughter for Christmas because she loved the LOTR movies and also loves to listen to vinyl records, all types of music. Ours was packaged securely because the outer case construction and artwork is beautifully done and it looks great on the shelf, or out like a nice coffee table book. The sound quality is rich and full. The inner booklet is fun. As a companion gift to fans of the Peter Jackson movies, check out "The Middle Earth Traveler: Sketches from Bag End to Mordor".

Excellent All Around
The records are pressed very well. The sound quality, the shipping speed, the vinyl case, everything is very good. No disappointments or dissatisfaction. I'm really glad I made this purchase!

As expected
I just got this item today and sound quality on my Audio Technica LP5 is excellent, at least to my ears. Packing is not good enough and its is damaged. After all I satisfied sound quality, box etc.

They Sound Amazing on Surround sound
While I initially gave this a one star review. I came to find out that my gripe against it was solely because of the record player I was using, I have since used a co workers player and surround sound to try them, and the quality was fantastic. I only wish they had included tracks from the extended editions.

Bought as a gift and they loved it. Everything worked as advertised and the art in the package was very nice.I was charged a processing fee from the sellers warehouse on top of shipping which I didn't like though. Extra $17 which made no sense. Wasn't duty as it came from Canada...😒

Magnifique coffret et musiques fidèles à l'original
Un très beau coffret qui contient les principales musiques du SDA. Le livret fourni avec apporte un petit plus et les vinyles sont impeccables. Les musiques sont magnifiquement interprétées et on se plonge vite dans l'univers. Une petite pépite à offrir à un fan de la saga.

Arrived in perfection condition
Still unopened in the plastic but arrived in the box really well wrapped. This purchase is the start of my new vinyl collection! Hopefully the most expensive piece I will ever buy... but well worth the money for any LOTR fan!
