I like how you can set how much tension it takes ...
This breakaway out lasts all other breakaways that I have used in the past. I like how you can set how much tension it takes to release the breakaway. All of the plastic breakaways that I have used in the past would break sometimes throwing the broken piece back at you and your horse. When they break you are left with no choice but to cut the rope to put a new one on only to have it break again after a few runs. Overall this breakaway is very consistent, durable, and easy to install.
