Possibly the spoon provided for scooping out the powder could be adjusted to a longer handle spoon.This powder was being used as a protein supplement to the regular diet of a surgery patient, where it was advised to continue the powder 2 scoops twice a day with milk/water for 30 days.Overall, quite satisfied with the product.
