I first saw this product on the shelf at a store and decided to buy it. I was interested in trying one of them for a while because I do struggle with bloating especially around the time of the month in addition to overall dietary changes. You can drink this tea every other night because it is stronger on the tummy, and dependent on how you feel and if you are ok with the effects of it. It does not taste bad and has overall a green tea/ detox flavor as I have tried teas from other brands on the market and they have similar aftertaste. It is easy to stomach and the results of drinking it are noticeable the next day. It cleans you out and helps with bowel movements for sure. Usually I keep it around if I am backed up occasionally or want to reduce a lot of bloat before an event or something. This is my favorite brand and I love that it is women-owned. I will always be your biggest supporter!

Tea tastes good and helps me with the menopause bloat. I am hooked and my daughters are ready to try it too for their … bloat. They have witnessed how it has helped me.

I really love this tea. It taste good whether it is hot or cold. I use this tea to help me detox. It is does not upset my stomach. The night time is a stronger and drink this tea night or day. It goes great with all meals too. I will continue to purchase this product. Its a great choice for anyone trying to loss weight and detox.

People complaining that it’s a 28 day program, but only 14 bags, need to realize the directions say “use every other day”. I’ve used this every other day for six days and I don’t think I can take anymore. I will use it for occasional bloat but I can’t use it for another three weeks. Night one, I drank the tea at 8pm and had BM’s at 2am and 3am. The cramping wasn’t severe but it was there. (BM was the most this day) Day two- took a break and had a BM again during the day Day three- drank the tea at 8pm, had a BM at 4am and 5am. Day four- took a break Day five- drank tea at 8pm, had bad cramps from 2am-3:40am, BM at 3:40am, 4am, 9:15am,9:30am I don’t feel bloated and my tummy is flat. I always look like I’m five months pregnant after I eat. This hasn’t been the case since drinking this. I’m reading that too much cleanse is bad for your body so I’m going to stop after today because I just can’t take the sleepless nights from cramping and rushing to the bathroom. The tea is good without adding anything, it definitely cleaned me out for as much as I allowed it to. I weighed myself the next morning after the first night I took it and I lost 6 ounces. I still BM’d a lot the other times so not sure why I didn’t lose more but I’m glad I’m not bloated anymore. I think my body needs a break. I might do it every months for a day or two, but no way can I do it for 28 days. Maybe do your research and talk to your doctor before doing this. A simple google search and show you there are no benefits, but I also did not talk to my doctor. Overall, this is a good tea and will make you go. Well, it made me go… A LOT! (I used the apple cinnamon tea at night. I did not use the daytime one at all.)

I wanted to love this but it just didn't work, and now since I opened it I don't want to waste it. The product does work to reduce gas and bloating and at best you lose water weight, but if you are planning to lose a lot of weight I don't recommend this. I like tea at night, but the flavor is suuuuper earthy and the apple flavor has this over ripened taste. I have to hold my breath to finish it and I think it is awful. I guess it's a matter of personal taste - I'm not a fan of earthy taste. I gave it 3 stars because it does allow me to release gas and eliminate that awful bloated feeling

I looove this tea! I have bought it a few times now. It's so easy because I drink it every other day, before I go to bed and it does all the work overnight! It gets rid of waste in the morning and you feel lighter and ready for the day!

The effect of this tea is not as advertised! Lose weight? Nope! Supressed hunger? Nope! The intense hunger I experienced after this tea was so brutal that I lost sleep for days!! The hunger was not only at night time but day time too! You guys can google it, another side effect of this detox tea is hunger! I want to lose weight NOT gain weight! I feel cheated by this product! I will never buy anything from this company again!
