BochaSweet Sugar Substitute, 2 LB | The Supreme Sugar Replacement (Pack of 2)

With eating Keto, Monkfruit sweetener was my jam but my kids hated the cooling effect. Honestly it was bothersome to me too but I figured I had to make those sacrifices for better health. I heard good stuff about the Bocha so I bit the bullet and purchased a bag for myself and my sister who joined me on the Keto train. The important part for her about Bocha is that it is not derived from corn because of her daughter's intolerance, and most of the sugar substitutes that are Keto approved are derived from corn. Corn is not Keto so I'm a little fuzzy on these corn derived sweeteners being approved. Also I also found out while doing Whole30 that I have a corn intolerance - which now makes sense why my stomach would ache after using the Monkfruit. Overall this Bocha Sweet tastes amazing, no stomachache after consuming, no cooling sensation or after taste. Think I'll be buying this in bulk!

I am in LOVE with this sugar substitute. I’ve got one of the biggest sweet teeth and I can’t stand any of the other sugar substitutes out there... not even stevia or monk fruit. This stuff really does taste like sugar, though I have to argue its not quite as sweet as sugar is... it’s “lighter” somehow but still does the trick. I have yet to have any gastric issues and have been using it for more than a month. Can’t wait to try some of the baking recipes from the Bocha website. This stuff is amazing and worth the cost!!

Tried in one recipe so far and I am very impressed. It’s a bit pricey but to find a sweetener with the right consistency and no aftertaste that we could tell (chocolate mouse) I think this is a winner.

My new favorite sweetener! Absolutely perfect for canning as a substitute for sugar! No hardening during the water-bath process, either! Quite pricey. Will consider other, less expensive sugar substitutes in the future~but still love this product! Will use on a limited basis, ie: company recipes, personal sweetener, ice cream, etc.

Excellent taste (no cooling effect) and results ... price point is cray cray. Difficult to justify for use outside of special applications. That said, it’s outstanding in ice cream and sauces where other sugar alcohols recrystalize. BochaSweet - please find a way to make this more accessible.

Tastes great, measures like sugar (advantage over allulose). I love this and now I can actually get people to eat my desserts without knowing they are sugar free. You may experience cleansing effect at first, but it does pass. Now, there is none (where as sugar alcohols can cause ongoing distress).

I was happily surprised that the BochaSweet really tasted almost like real sugar. Slight taste difference (very slight) when using over cereal or blackberries and cream, but definitely good. Yes I will order again.

Use this in place of sugar. Just like sugar. Made from a Japenese squash. Best of all no Glycemic effect, no calories, and I believe no carbs. But best of all TASTE GREAT.
