My kids brought home a similar book from the school library and were absolutely infatuated. It was smaller in size pages wise, but the information that I did provide, they were enamored they would see a bird or any kind of animal on TV or outside and immediately want to see if it was in the book and what information they could find out they wanted to know more they enjoyed telling people the facts and all the cool information so I decided to look up an animal encyclopedia. I wanted something better than the one they brought home. You know more options more animals and when I came across this oh my God it’s outstanding. It’s a Christmas gift, but I have flipped through it. There are animals in there that I didn’t even know existed. I know my kids will have hours of fun reading and growing their little brains they love to tell me all kinds of fun facts about the animals. It’s just a great informational book really great high deaf photos easy to read print larger book for smaller hands but honestly, the amount of animals that they put into the book is what I wanted and it’s not like it’s one animal per page and you know you’re not getting your value. It’s hundreds of pages and the information on each page isn’t too much that you can’t absorb and it’s not too little that they’re just trying to fill up space it’s just all around really engaging and fun and really gets your kids into reading and wanting to learn more. It’s educational gets them off screens honestly this book would be great for anybody kids or adult.

My grandson loves it, it’s got all kinds of animals, insects, reptiles with their unusual names. He’s 4 and he’s run that book ragged. Just ordered another. If you’ve got a child who’s interested in wildlife, they’ll like this. He’s 4 but it’s appropriate for older kids for sure (he doesn’t read but he memorizes the names)

Such a great book for the family. I bought it when my daughter was 18 months old, she loves looking at the pictures and we love reading it to her because we see and learn interesting things too.

My son is a massive animal lover and has asked for an animal fact book for his birthday. This book is going to be absolutely perfect! The images are wonderful and there are plenty of interesting facts about each animal. This is a very well made book and it looks so fancy!

I got this so that I’d be able to show my toddler animals that we talk about. I am really happy I got this great book, because it depicts really all categories of animals and habitats with clear pictures and brief descriptions.

I am so impressed with this book. I bought it for a child, but now I wish I could keep it for myself. The book is large, and often with huge pictures. The pictures are full-colour and beautiful. Mesemerizing even. The cover and binding quality is top notch. This book will spark kids' interest and imagination for years in their developing phase. They will learn so much. I highly recommend this book for children.
