All I can say is wow! I was not expecting this cookbook to be this wonderful. This is completely comprehensive. Every recipe you want is in this book. 100% authentic. I am enjoying this book very much.

There is no that much book that has authentic presentation about Nepali cusine. In the world people hve misunderstanding between the actual difference between authentic Indian and Authentic Nepali cuisine. Similar situation is still existics between Tibetian and Nepali cooking. I found this book as true representation of primitic authentic Nepali food prepared at home. In the occasion if there is delima if certain cuisine is really authentic Nepali, this book can be greatly helpful as references to authentic so. I have not seen any book other than this which is really akin to reality. It is really a great contribution.

No pictures. I like to see what the dish is supposed to look like. There are absolutely no pictures. That being said there are a lot of recipes. Decent cookbook.

I liked the way it is described and has many traditional dishes listed. I would recommend it for the one who is willing to try Nepali dishes.For me I was actually looking for something different than regular dishes which i have never known. It could be perfect if Pictures/Photos of dishes where attached along with recepie.Good luck for the next edition.

For people who are curious about Nepalese food and the difference between Indian and Nepalese food, this book is for them. And also for Nepalese who want to refresh their traditional cooking. Love it . Thank you Ms. Pathak :)

I've liked everything I've tried so far and it has certainly inspired me to start planning a trip to Nepal for a little first hand research!

the book is written in a very simple language and easy to understand. anyone interested in nepali cuisine should get this book and try cooking.

The recipes are very simple and they taste great! I love this book, aaloo ko achar is out of this world delicious.
