Product quality
well, come on this is the epitome of gourmet whipping cream. This is probably my eighth one to purchase over the years. I’ve given many as gifts as well. Are they pricey, of course, but buy the best and only cry once. If you’re looking for something substandard, they won’t last for years buy something else but just spend the money and get this. They’re awesome.

Had an isi whip creamer for over 40 years. Finally its gas pressure valve went bad. So when I needed a new one we went back to isi. It cost more but if it last another 40 years it will outlast me! Tried it for the first time on some apple crisp and it works great!

Strong stainless steel and easy to use
I can tell I have bought a quality product. I love how sturdy this feels. Big plus because it's stainless steel and it's iSi brand. Honestly before looking into getting whip cream maker, I didn't know who iSi was. But after google searching for quality brand in that specific area, I found iSi filled the first page of results. Yes, it's a bit on the heavy side compared to aluminum, but I know it is strong and made to last. When you fill your whip cream maker, prior to use, you have to shake it a few times. I know if I shook it and dropped it, it would not have any dents in it. I wouldn't trust aluminum in that department. Especially with product that will have pressurized gas inside, and may go through accidental rough handling, stainless steel is definitely my choice in material. Grip on the top lid is nice. It's very easy and comfortable to dispense. It comes with 3 dispenser tips. 1x stainless steel tip for regular use. 2x for decorating. 1x brush for cleaning. 1 manual. It does NOT come with flavor injection tips for flavor injecting poultry and such. That would be nice, but I hardly will ever use it for that. Recipe I follow is as follows: 1 Pint (2 cups), 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar (confectionery), 2 teaspoons vanilla extract.

So much to whip, so little time
Got mine (1 pint) from warehouse, so the price was more than fair and almost cheap considering how exceptionally well crafted this is. Yes, after you work in the price of nitrous canisters, it can be a bit pricey, but it's likely not something you'll use every day. And will be incredibly happy you have it on the days you do. There's many, many uses for it beyond whipped cream, but even if that's all you use it for it'll be the best whipped cream you've ever tasted. NOTE -- the 1 pint size will hold two cups of liquid and use 1 nitrous canister, which is likely more than enough for whatever you're making unless you're catering a large event. Whatever you make will store well for a while in a cold fridge, but remember the obvious -- if you make too much, and want to use it for something else, you lose the liquid and the nitrous the second you open it. So better to make a second batch of something if you really need it than waste the left overs.

Be a pro in your own kitchen
I struggled to decide between the thermal model and this model, and eventually purchased this model. I have used the thermal model in the past, so I was able to compare the two when I got my new one. Unless you are a true professional, requiring extended hot and cold whipped contents, the non-thermal model (this one) is actually the better of the two units. For one, it is significantly smaller than it's thermal brother, yet holds the same amount of liquid (.5L). Therefore, it fits in the refrigerator better, and is easier to manage for shaking, and dispensing. Secondly, the benefits of the thermal model are only noticeable if you keep it stored permanently in your refrigerator (empty), and pull it out when you want to use it (for cold contents). I don't need to keep cold whipped cream on the table for four hours, so I enjoy storing this unit in the cupboard. A simple hot water bath will keep your non-thermal contents warm for extended periods. There is nothing better than home-made whipped cream, and mousse. This device will make that process so much faster, more consistent, and will allow you to store the contents neatly and cleanly while you use it. You won't believe the improvement and ease of use until you use one yourself. Exceptional construction and materials, well worth the price.

Expensive as heck, but this is definitely a case of getting what you pay for. **Very nice high end professional quality.** Super easy to operate, wash, assemble. Cream stays ice cold in the thick walled barrel. I'm thrilled (most) all the parts are stainless steel ..w/exception of the extra tip options included. Not sure why those are plastic, but they're very nice. I'm glad I spent the extra $$, I'd rather have a quality piece for the rest of my life & never have to think about it or pay for it again. The only learning curve int your ingredients correct before closing up & adding your cartridge. Even after all the reviews & trying to avoid first timers mistakes.. I was fastidiously following the written directions, I completely forgot to add sweetner! There went my 1st pint of pricey organic heavy cream & 1st N2o cartridge. Argh! The next time, I simply added too much sweetner.. Also, don't make the mistake of buying half n half, as someone did for me.. it doesn't work either! I have it down now.. Approx 3 tbsps sweetner/sugar to 1 pint heavy cream!! (I also seemed to have received someone's return the 1st go-round & it was swapped out & reshipped quickly & painlessly!)

J'ai hésité à cause du prix mais vraiment je ne regrette pas car avec mon ancien syphon combien de crème jeté sans parlé d'utiliser deux recharges de gaz ! Bref beaucoup de gâchis pour un résultat plus que médiocre au niveau de la chantilly. Là on a clairement à faire à la Rolls des syphons car en plus d'avoir une chantilly au top je n'ai besoin que d'une recharge de gaz !

Il sifone isi, si sa, è un po' la ferrari dei sifoni presenti sul mercato e in effetti il prodotto è fatto molto bene ed è molto elegante. Il sifone è tutto in acciaio, materiale antibatterico per eccellenza. Sulla testa del sifone è presente una fascia di silicone rosso antiscivolo che lo rende molto comodo. Nella confezione sono presenti - 1 scovolino piccolo per pulire molto bene anche il buco da cui esce il prodotto montato oltre che i beccucci. - 3 beccucci di cui uno in acciaio e 2 in plastica, ma con la parte che si avvita alla testa, in acciaio (ottimo perchè la plastica con il tempo si sarebbe consumata e la filettatura si sarebbe magari persa). - 1 piccolo libretto di istruzioni Il sifone funziona con normali cartucce di protossido di azoto (N2O) che servono per montare creme, ma, sebbene esista un sifone apposito per le cartucce di CO2, l'ho visto usare in alcuni video youtube, anche con queste ultime. Il bello di questo sifone isi è che è che essendo molto conosciuto e molto usato in ambito professionale, troverete sempre pezzi di ricambio. Inoltre esistono accessori da acquistare a parte come dei beccucci a forma di ago per riempire ad esempio bignè o per fare decorazioni molto piccole o ad esempio un beccuccio infusore. Il sifone esiste sia da 1/2 litro (quello in questione) o da 1l. Può essere usato sia con creme calde (può essere scaldato fino a 75°) sia con creme fredde. Ha un'ottima resa. Io ci ho fatto una mousse di crema di mascarpone divina. L'utilizzo è molto semplice. L'unica raccomandazione è di filtrare molto accuratamente il liquido che inserire nel sifone con un colino a maglie strette per evitare che eventuali granelli intasino il beccuccio erogatore. Se dovesse succedervi che questo si intasi fate estrema attenzione e procedete svitando la testa pochissimo per volta e facendo sfiatare molto lentamente, perchè all'interno la pressione è molto alta e rischiate l'effetto bomba. Il prezzo è molto elevato rispetto ad altri prodotti equivalenti, ma il prodotto è fatto per resistere nel tempo ed è molto solido e ben fatto.

Well made. Holds one cup of cream. Easily fits in the fridge unlike the taller units available. For two people, holds just the right amount of cream before it expires. Large families would want to get the bigger unit. Comes with several different nozzles and a cleaning brush. Expensive, but worth it to get the quality. Would buy again.

Ich habe lange gezögert, ob ich wirklich in den ISI Gourmet Whip Plus investieren soll, nachdem ich zuvor einen günstigeren Sahnespender genutzt habe. Aber nach den ersten Anwendungen weiß ich: Es war die absolut richtige Entscheidung. Der Sahnespender ist aus hochwertigem Edelstahl gefertigt und fühlt sich schon beim ersten Anfassen extrem robust und wertig an. Kein Vergleich zu meinem alten, billigeren Modell, das schnell undicht wurde und nach Plastik roch. Hier passt einfach alles – von der Haptik bis zur Verarbeitung. Was mich besonders begeistert: Der ISI Gourmet Whip ist nicht nur für Sahne perfekt, sondern auch für warme und kalte Saucen, Suppen, Espumas und Desserts. Gerade für kreative Rezepte in der Küche ist das ein echter Gamechanger! Ob fluffige Schlagsahne, aromatische Schäumchen oder raffinierte Saucen – alles gelingt einfach und schnell. Die Handhabung ist intuitiv und absolut sicher. Die Kapseln lassen sich leicht einsetzen, und das Ergebnis ist immer gleichmäßig und stabil. Auch die Reinigung ist unkompliziert, da alle Teile spülmaschinengeeignet sind. Der ISI Gourmet Whip Plus ist jeden Cent wert! Wer einmal damit gearbeitet hat, möchte nie wieder zurück zu einem Billigprodukt. Für Hobbyköche und Profis gleichermaßen eine klare Empfehlung. Ich hätte nie gedacht, wie viel Spaß und Qualität dieser Sahnespender in meine Küche bringt.
