Does it's job but I like the ParkTool one better.
This does exactly what it needs to do with one minor exception. I have both this one and the one from ParkTool and while this one is easier to get on/off and has the through axel adaptor, if I'm cleaning my chain and running through the gears then the ParkTool one works better. Reason being is this one doesn't have any real play side to side to the chain can't really move properly when changing gears. The ParkTool one is longer and allows the chain to flow side to side as the derailleur is moving. Both do their job and I'll keep this one in my toolbox for sure though.

Why didn't I buy this sooner!
I do my own basic bike mechanical, and this item is a must. I wish I had purchased it years ago. So easy to use and great for cleaning the chain and the bike without the wheel on or off and the chain flopping around. Get it you'll love it!

I have a Park Tool version of this as well and I find myself reaching for the Feedback Sports version anytime my bike is in the work stand and the rear wheel is off.

Makes it easier to clean my bike chain and cassette sprockets.
I have always found it difficult to get the cassette clean on my bike at the same time as cleaning my chain with a Finish Line chain cleaner. Now I can remove the wheel and hand clean the sprockets and use the tool on the chain. I think this will come in handy when I am doing other maintenance with the wheel removed. Well built. I bought because I read good reviews on this. I do expect it to last a long time.

I wish that it was designed better for thru axles
This works perfectly for bikes with quick release skewers however when using it with thru axles it can be a hassle. I have no issues when I have the chain keeper installed on my bike. It is held securely in place. But the piece designed for thru axles is flimsy and held together with rubber bands. I have to be careful when storing it because the pieces could be easily lost.

Not as good as advertised
Now, I was really looking forward to using this item. It is extremely well made and looks very robust. Sadly when I took my rear wheel out of my thru axle Giant Propel the tool would not fit. The expanding collar on the thru axle just will not stay secure within the frame. A little upset yes, but will go back to my 3d printed chain keeper until Feedback sports come up with a resolve and solution.
