Without specifics it's not possible to say with 100% certainty, but WD Blue SATA SSDs seem to mostly have the 2280 type, which is supported by both m.2 slots on this motherboard. Most likely it will work fine, but you may want to check the specifications on the SSD to ensure it is one of the following: type 2242/2260/2280/22110. Please also note that NVME m.2 read/write performance is significantly better than SATA. You may want to consider getting an NVME SSD instead of SATA for that reason.
