Natural remedy to restore calmness
I used to take lemon balm a couple of years ago when I started to have anxiety. Unfortunately, with working in London it has returned. It took a couple of weeks for me to see a difference but they do work well with meditation, good food, water, and sleep. Thanks for providing high-quality supplements. Extra star for being vegan.

Feeling the positive effects of the lemon balm after only 2 days. You can taste that there’s no added crap in it. The tablets were filled to the top (on the photo I’d taken 4 out already) so there’s no skimping out! Really easy to store box with it being so slim too rather than bulky bottles
