My periods suddenly stopped all together after taking the jab, and I had terrible hot flashes, sweating, shortness of breath and palpitations for 3 months. I tried Amberen, Remifemin, black kohosh and other things, but nothing helped. My life was an utter misery. I read somewhere online about sage and decided to try it out. After a week of sage with black cohosh the symptoms subdued, and now three weeks later, they are practically gone. I also take ashwagandha, but obviously sage does the trick. I cannot believe this.
