I ordered this because it was the closest item to one that my roommate has. I love it. It is perfect for eggs, pancakes, sauces, almost anything you do with a pan on the stove or baking. The handle is adequately long. And the spatula end is a good flexibility.

A spatula can be your best friend in the kitchen, but only if it's great. And greatness means perfect balance.A perfect spatula's got to have enough springiness to hug the contours of your mixing bowl or cookware, but also enough stiffness to handle dense doughs. The oft-touted Di Oro spatulas are way too stiff. Williams-Sonoma spatulas flex too much. The Tovolo is right in the middle—perfect.A great spatula's got to have edges stout enough to scrape a sticky batter, but also thin enough to swipe the last drop of sauce out of the pan. My old ones from William Sonoma are too flimsy and elastic—they have a tendency to fling sauce around. The Di Oro ones I tried were not at all well-crafted. They had thick, clumsy edges with a seam left over from the molding process to complicate matters. Tovolo's manufacturers expertly tapered this spatula to a sharp edge.The best spatula's also got to be heat resistant, but easy to clean, unlike all the hand-wash-only wood-handled spatulas out there. The Tovolo handles hot pan edges and the dishwasher like a champ.And a perfectly balanced spatula also has to be, well, perfectly balanced. The Tovolo has a balance point right behind the head, where it's easy to apply leverage and maneuver. It has a good heft, but it's not too heavy. The handle is elegantly slender, long, and pleasant to grip. The Di Oro—which you can probably tell, I was quite disappointed in and quickly returned—is thick, sticky, heavy, and short.Buy this one. Don't buy the deep spoon version, though. That's got thick edges.

A silicone spatula is. Must for scrambled eggs! Cook them low and slow and this spatula helps to make them perfect every time.

This spatula is a lot stiffer than other silicone spatulas which suited my needs well. It is excellent for scraping down the sides of a mixing bowl, especially when the mixture is a much thicker dough that sticks to the bowl.

My old spatulas had seen better days--crumbling edges to the point of leaving silicone in the food. According to reviews, this spatula supposedly won't crumble after many uses so took the chance and bought it. It has a nice weight to it and the length is great for getting down to the bottom of deep bowls. The nylon core provides rigidity but the silicone edges are flexible. It is supposedly heat safe to 600 degrees, although I don't use it in my cookware so can't attest to its durability. Only time will tell if it will hold up like I hope, but for now I'm happy with it.

I am a constant baker- breads, cookies, cakes and pastries. My old spatulas would scrape the bowl but hold gobs of dough on their edges in the grooves around the wooden handle. This smooth spatula is perfectly cleaned off on the side of the bowl. The wooden handle comes off the old ones- this handle is integrated. It's also very heavy duty for scraping up and mixing those very thick cookie doughs. Worth every penny and I'm replacing all my old spatulas. Sure wish this came in more colors!

I really like silicone utensils for cooking but some brands are not very sturdy. Tovolo is always a reliable high-quality brand. These are VERY sturdy, heat resistant and easy to clean.
