The filaments are universally designed and compatible with 3D printers using 1.75mm diameter filaments, with a dimensional accuracy of +/- 0.03mm. PLA Carbon Fiber, or Polylactic Acid Carbon Fiber, gives you all the advantages of PLA filament – no need for a heated print bed, reduced warping, and ease of use – and reinforces it with carbon fibers for even more benefits. What you get is a filament with high rigidity and even less warping issues than PLA, if any. Our PLA filament with 10% carbon fiber offers ease of printing, excellent layer adhesion, and it produces prints with a matte finish that retain their vibrancy. Like any carbon-reinforced filament, the filament is abrasive and we recommend wear-resistant or steel hot end nozzles to ensure the longevity of your 3D printer nozzles. Because it is lightweight, yet provides stability with minimal flexibility, PLA Carbon Fiber is excellent for mechanical applications, structural support, framework such as chassis, and more. Disappointed in Hatchbox
I exclusively print with Hatchbox PLA and have yet to be disappointed. Figured this carbon fiber roll would be no different. Overall product seems to be fine but the way it loaded onto the spool is horrible. I figured it would be limited to the top few layers but not the case at all. The more I get into the roll, the worse the tangled mess gets. Ruined two prints so far and the only way I can being able to use the remainder of the roll is to re-spool it myself.

Wow
You can make really really awesome prints with this. It's sort of akin to being able to print with FRP, and the results both look great and are pretty strong.It's like sandpaper to any plastic it's in contact with on the way to the hot end, so expect a bunch of wear, but it's totally worth it.

Best filament I’ve used
Using this with the iPrusa/Wanhao 3 and this filament come out the best for me. 210 with 60 bed

Horrible, avoid.
Unexpectedly for hatchbox - terrible. Impossible to print, even after 12 hours thermal drying cycle. Total waste. No first layer adhesion, material seems to constantly break.
