Not for Fluke Fan Boys
Totally impressed. I love tools and testers, I would love having a Fluke, however they are very expensive, unless you can justify it with a tax right off or for the company tool kit and be reimbursed.I needed this for work and I needed something robust, water proof, True RMS and easy to use. This fits the bill in every department for me. Yah I know it's not a "Fluke".... Sheesh, Fluke fan boys are like the Apple Geeks of the tester world...For what I need this will do admirably.If you need calibration verification on your meter, and you need the highest quality, fastest response time out there, sure go for Fluke... If you can live with 0.5 basic accuracy, then look at this Extech.I found the build quality on this pretty good. Built like a truck. La qualité de l'appareil est impeccable. Comme j'ai toujours travaillé avec des appareils qui n'avaient pas l'éyallonnage automatique, je trouve un peu long le temps nécessaire pour avoir la bonne mesure; mais bon, c'est peut être parce que je n'ai pas l'habitude de ce type d'appareil. Mais dans l'ensemble, je n"hésiterais pas à le recommander et je trouve que pour le prix il vaut bien mon fluke. L'important en recherche et développement, c'est de pouvoir calibrer et ajuster les appareils en développement et de permettre à la production d'effectuer les mêmes calibrations avec le mêe pourcentage d'erreur relative. Bref, c'est ce que je recommande !

A bit more complex than I really needed but I purchased 4 of the EX330- units and have found them to be great for general use.I got this higher end model as it is supposed to be waterproof and has a larger range and more/better??? testing options?

not a fluke but at this price point it is ...
not a fluke but at this price point it is well worth considering. In have used this meter in the real world and it has not let me down
