Q: what is the load weight it can handle? there are some that will take 5 tons (10,000 pounds)

I don't know the numbers on this ,but if installed properly like mine, it easily accommodates a loaded two ton truck.

Q: Can this product be insered firected inot the ground without cncrete and work properly?

Yes, but it has to be secured in some way. We used concrete on one side to direct water flowing from the driveway.

Q: The video shows the connector to connect 2 together but does it come with them?

As I recall, that particular connector was not included. I only needed 1 section of the channel so I did not need that part, but I do not remember it being in the package. All other parts he describes were included. I would buy the connector to be certain. It's wouldn't be too expensive anyway.
