Brought this for my grandsons Amazon fire 8 pro tablet. It works great,fast charging and it came with another cord for an older tablet also. The newer tablets have a different shaped port than the later models.

The long cord perfect for me and can use it for Fire 8 plus and for my phone. Verysatisfied with price and product.

I bought it for a Amazon HD 8 tablet. Seems not many companies include a charger with purchase anymore. This charger works but it's not a fast charger but not a deal breaker in my case. Comes with 2 USB cables.

Wanted an extra--one to keep upstairs and one to keep downstairs. This works perfectly and I love the extra long cord. Now I can read while it is plugged in and charging, instead of reading on my teeny tiny phone.Edited to add : I was very happy with this cord for a full year. Then the connection started getting loose and would fall out if I used it while charging. But if I laid my kindle down, plugged it in and didn't touch it , it would still charge just fine. A couple of times I took a tool and reshaped the connector a little bit and that helped for a little while but it just got loose again very quickly. Oh well, I guess I'll need a new one. If I get another year out of a new charger I guess that's not too bad.

The part that goes into the tablet was a little loose from the start but my kids aren't rough with their stuff so thought I'd still give it a chance. After two weeks of use the part that keeps it in place popped out and now no longer works at all.

I hate that the Kindle HD Fire comes with the shortest cord in history and no way to conveniently use your Kindle while charging so this 5 foot long cord is a godsend! Great product and works well. I'd buy it again and recommend to others. I originally ordered a different set of 3 different length cords but 2 of them didn't work at all, and this one comes with 2 five foot long cords and the piece to connect to a wall outlet.
