The suction rubber on the lid broke
It looks great and comes with the useful tongs and ice spade. But with a couple of uses, the suction rubber on the lid broke and now it's useless to me. I don't know what to do because I doubt the seller will replace it for me.

Cheap build
Build quality is cheap. It is not sealed to keep ice from melting. The handles came off after one week use
