comes without software nor access to the right Miracast web link
this "Dongle" type device is made by Anycast for a Miracast platform, presumed for casting from an IOS/Apple smartphone for which most of the instructions apply. The presented TV onscreen menu does show options for IOS, Samsung and Windows 10 however it seems unable to detect the devices you are casting from and vice versa. My attempts to use it to cast to tv from either my LG smartphone or Windows10 laptop could not detect the Dongle at all. Trying to select an according free Miracast app from GooglePlay yields many choices, but none succeed to link this simple device... eventually yielding the brief and unimformative error message "device not compatible".I will have to return this and move my faithful Google ChromeCast stick from TV to TV as needed.

A very smooth device for easily mirroring video or or photographs on phone, tablet, or Pc onto a Tv screen. You can even do it from across the room without wires and get a smooth video on your TV. Some call it a casting device and this one works.

didint even work returned waste of time and no at !
did not work pluged it into 2 diffrent hdmi ports on my tv that i use regularly so I know its not my tv thats the problem... this item is just garbage and im getting my money back I waited all day for this and it didint even work thats some b***s****

Chromecast v Firestick
I am not going to give it a bad review as I believe that this one is more complicated than I could do. However, with that said: I got the firestick also, I plugged it in as instructed and it pretty much was self installing.I have a Vizio and a Roku 4k tv. Although I had apps on the roku the Firestick is crisper and cleaner than whats on the Roku.

Works but be patient
I had a little trouble getting the devices installed. I use pc but it also works with Mac. If patient it does work and we'll and easily allows you to share content

It broke.
This dongle quit working after one week. It started a loud buzzing sound and would no longer connect.
