My wife and I purchased this product to insure, as plant-based eaters over the age of 65,that we get enough B-12 into our systems. This product contains the form and amount of Vitamin B-12 that Dr. Michael Greger recommends for people over 65.

These so far have had the best taste. You just put one under your tongue and they devolve very quickly. They want you to do these sublingual because we start to absorb these at the tongue. If you chew these you are not absorbing as much as you could. They arrived as promised and packaged well with a seal. They also had a long expiration date.

Perfect for vegans and plant based diets.

I am almost finished with my first bottle and I just ordered more. I was very low in B12 and did not realize the importance of it. I am plant based, and everyone, especially if you are plant based or vegan, need to take B12. It cannot be found naturally in a plant based diet if you are a modern day supermarket shopper.

This is a nice dissolvable tablet and it tastes great!
