You have to use all the fasteners from the original one but other than that it is a nice piece

Needs to be modified to fit 2018+
All in all, the issue wasn't the product itself. The issue was that there were no instructions provided to assist in the installation of this product on 2018+ Mustangs. As others have mentioned, thee are 3 tabs that need to be removed. No issue if you already have a dremel handy. Once you remove the pins, the screw tabs from the stock unit and reinstall. It should not take that long afterwards. Overall, I'm satisfied with my purchase but recommend with caution for 2018 and up Mustang owners. Im sure it is much easier for 2015-2017 owners.

Could be improved
Had to trim 2 xtra tabs off that were not in my trunk lid. The plastic quality is a bit cheaper than the factory panel it sticks out a few millimeters on the left isn’t flush. Looks ok tho I guess.

Doesn’t fit without alterations
This panel is supposed to be for the 2015-2021 Mustang, but it doesn’t take long to realize that it wouldn’t fit my 2019 without alterations. Not a problem if you have the tools, just wanted everyone to be forewarned that you would need to remove some tabs with a cutoff wheel. The installed product looks fine on my car. I also did a ceramic coating prior to installation for added protection.

Bare Bones
Looks great no fasteners "knew that" from reviews. However all the various gaskets to make it water proof are missing. Got to source out weather stripping 2 styles, clip gaskets if your careful could be reused. Unless your handy don't buy.
