Keeps my pup entertained
The media could not be loaded. Very high quality. The plastic is nice and thick. Keeps my dog entertained for a while, but he kind of figured it out eventually through pawing at it constantly. Thought the only way to get the treat was to pull on the white handles to unlock the teal lids and be able to slide them. I guess my pup is smarter than I am because he figured out that the lid pops off too. I didn’t even realize that the lid pops off.

Great tops! Where's the box?
I was so glad to find these replacement lids on Amazon. But I didn't read the description properly and thought a box would be included. My bad! Now how do I get a replacement box? Why not sell both together?

Sturdy and large
A great challenge for my 11 month old German shepherd husky mix. I was skeptical because other puzzles I have bought have been really flimsy but this one is large and sturdy and definitely keeps him entertained
