You can use these for so many things. They are real wood. They adhere very easy with glue, and you can paint or stain them. Your elbow seems blend very well, and If you do cut them, those pieces blend well also.

Peel-and-stick molding is a great idea. I am taking some leftover plywood (about 2' x 2') and will attach this molding to it, paint it, and put on some metal hairpin legs (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071X9MFYL?ref_=ppx_hzod_title_dt_b_fed_asin_title_0_0&th=1) to create a small side table. This molding will really enhance the table's appearance. I may use some wood glue rather than fool around with the peel-and-stick aspect, but that's just my preference. s

These beaded trim pieces arrived intact and well-padded in a box. The wood is of nice quality and will work well as an accent piece on a bookshelf. They are lightweight, and I will use double-sided tape to adhere them. At just over a dollar for each 16" piece, this trim is much less expensive than what I would pay at a big box store.
