Me and this tea have a love hate relationship. I love it because it gets the job done. Currently on the toilet at 12:39am for the 5th time today. Make sure you are off of work and have absolutely nothing to do but stay home and close to the toilet. Personally I use four tea bags at a time because I only use it when I’m super bloated or feeling sluggish after a heavy meal. When you feel that burning sensation in your lower tummy you will know it’s time to go! It’s pretty quick and you get instant relief (I’m referring to the bowel movement) once you drink the tea it usually takes about 2-3 hours for it to kick in for me. Praying this is the last time I have to use the bathroom because I have to be up at 5am to get in the road 😩 highly recommend!!

Check the use directions! At the biggening you might need to drink only half of tea bag. (You should not a watery or very lose stool) I don't know if me is just, but since I am drinking this tea, I feel less hungry and feel full longer and I do not feel like put more food on my plate. I have about 2 months using it and I lost already 7 pounds without diet or exercise. Now I am drinking one tea bag after every meal. Recently I started to add exercise and eating healthier for best results.

This tea is great. I've been drinking it for almost 4 months. I drink 1-2 cups a day depending on how im feeling. I drink it either right before or after a meal. I started my weight loss journey and lost 12lbs but couldn't lose anymore so I decided to try it. It definitely worked! I'm now down another 18lbs. So in total I've lost 30lbs. I definately still watch my portions but with this tea I don't feel like I have to count calories anymore or deprive myself and I'm still losing weight. When you first start definitely make sure you don't have anywhere to be for a day or 2 or until you can figure out your timing right.

I got to say that this product will keep you in the bathroom detoxing and trim down a few pounds off your body when you come out of if. Just make sure you have no plan going anywhere before drinking it lol

Great value for the price and amount, I have to take pain medications and supplemental calcium which can back the system up from time to time. I prefer brewing a small picture worth of tea, refrigirate and sipping when needed. Highly recommend.

I definitely wouldn't include a photo in this review ! Don't plan on going anywhere eight hours after drinking this stuff ! You'll feel a rumble in your stomach which you may think initially are two aliens having a brawl inside of you; and then BOOM- everything in your bowels will be in your toilet bowl to greet you (loudly). Your buttocks will suddenly be turned into a soft serve ice-cream dispenser ! Are you constipated? Then this stuff is your answer (and your toilet bowl's nightmare).

I love this product and have it on my subscription service. I drink a cup every night and I wake up in the morning, empty my bowels completely, take a shower and go on with my day. I’ve heard some people say they had tummy aches. I only get those if I’m dehydrated. I recommend if you are new to this product, drink a lot of water prior to drinking tea. I may have felt discomfort when I first started using, I can’t recall, but if you stick with it and stay hydrated you will be fine. I’ve lost 75 Lbs, mixed with diet and exercise. But this tea is something I drink every night without fail. Also the price is unbeatable
