If you have a tubular gate you have to have to have these for the gate opener if you try to use bolts or you try to use anything else the gate will not work very well the bolts will work through is work through the metal in the gate. My advice? buy them to save time and aggravation.. pricey, but couldn't find them cheaper anywhere else..

I had to drill a new hole through each bracket and through my tubular gate. No matter how hard I tightened the bolts (flattening the gate tubes), the bracket would shift and this would throw off my perimeter and I would have to keep reprogramming the perimeter.

As you can see from other reviewers these will require screws to actually hold on to your gate. Without them it will slide all over and scratch it. So your inclination will be to tighten them so they dont move and you'll crush your tubes. I am not using bondo to try to salvage the gate I have. I have to say Ghost talks a big game but I find their products a bit weak. Not happy with this one.

I clamped them to my brand new gate and still had to drill through the gate for a more secure fit. Mine came with the hardware to secure it to the gate.

A must needed part if you desire to install a Zombie Lock. Thanks for having the holes already drilled for securing.

This worked for attaching the Zombie Lock accessory. My husband said it was fairly simple to attach (used drill) to our gate. It makes our gate secure!!
