I noticed the retention wasn't quite where I like it, I drilled a hole and added a very small chicago screw to tighten it up. I own 2 of these for both of my Becker BK16's. Very good sheath after I made a small improvement.

Great sheath and amazing customer service. Comes with a well made kydex belt loop, however I added a nylon belt loop, as the sheath rode to high for my liking. Quality is top notch. Can’t go wrong with this company.
