Fails to live up to promise
While the book contains a number of checklists which are useful for somebody implementing a change management process, the format doesn't lend itself to easy reading and tends to break down into a lot of lists rather than any practical guidance or advice and offers a very limited view of the industry with little concession to smaller organisations and how a role may be tailored. That said I'm yet to read a book that offers this.

A great book for change management within the ITIL framework
A great book for change management within the ITIL framework. There is a shortage of publications specifically for change management which is an overlooked area within ITIL. Recommended for everyone who wants to learn more in change management or experienced professionals who want a reminder or a new perspective.
