Perfect for the car.

This charger works great. I had an issue with the first one I bought. It wouldn’t not stay secure in my car charger port and it wasn’t charging very quickly when it did stay in the charger port. I spoke to customer service and they offered to either replace it or refund my money. They explained that it may just been a bad batch that was produced. I choose to have it replaced. I received the new one in a matter of days and it has worked perfect. I’m so impressed with how quick it charges and it does stay in my car charging port very securely and has not fallen out even when I hit a big bump while driving. I’m very happy with this purchase and the companies excellent customer service.

We were able to charge multiple phones at once for travel. It charges great, however it won’t stay in the 12 volt plug in unless you keep pressing it in. If it stayed snug I would give it a four star rating

After researching several brands, prices and reviews I settled on this. Price was the best at the time for a 4 port with 2 fast port unit.The fast ports work as bearly as good as my OEM Samsung fast home charger.The only draw back is the loose connection. With 4 cords plugged in, their weight pulls the charger loose. This is a some what minor issue, but could be annoying if you are desperately needing a charge and you thought it was charging. Out of all brands I have purchased, this is the only one with this issue. For me, I decided to accept this shortcoming and just periodically glance at device to make sure it hasn't lost connection.

I am updating my review to 5 stars. My first unit was dead on arrival, with the center contact pin recessed... but the seller provided excellent customer service and sent me a replacement right away. Very proactive, and great communication.The new item works well, and is well made. The fast charge 3.0 ports fly the juice! I will add to the other reviewers comments that this thing is pretty big, and is better suited for a longer recessed plug in location like what you find in pickup trucks. It is a touch "wobbly" in the cig port as some have said too, but after a few nudges I was able to get it in a stable spot. For a 4 port charger at this price it is a winner from a quality seller.

I assume all cigarette lighter sockets are universal in size, so it should be pretty standard that everything that is made to fit into them fits well. That was not the case with this charger. Fortunately it was too small rather than too big. A couple strips of duct tape to increase the circumference and now it's snug as can be. This charger does have 4 ports, 2 on the ends are supposed to charge faster, I haven't really tested it but I do believe it. It has a light housed inside that shines out through the two inner ports. It's not very bright, may be a good thing, may be a bad thing. The first day, since it didn't fit well and the light wasn't bright it took a while to realize that it wasn't charging, but now that I know it fits I'm not really concerned by the light. For what it's worth, I had been using an Amazon brand charger prior to this that appears to no longer be available, but it had a light that was housed in the outermost shell of the charger. It was not a bright light but definitely noticeable when it wasn't on. I just think a light on the outside is a better design choice. But it does what I need it to and has more ports that the previous charger I had, so a good product overall.
