Amazing product! I haven’t been able to sleep for so long, and I suffered from anxiety. This makes me calmer, helps me sleep well, feel refreshed the next day and not groggy. It doesn’t knock you out, but it calms you down. But I definitely recommend taking them in the evening, as I felt weird when I took them in the daytime and went to the gym!

These were a bit on the large size capsules but never less they seem to be working well, improved sleep, do not taste of anything. I recommend.

Bought these in my relentless pursuit of trying to sleep, treat my insomnia. You name it, I’ve tried it. Do I think these work? Mmmm the jury is still out for me but hey we are all different and they may work for you. I’ve found if I take them when I’ve got a lot on my mind with work and home and just can’t switch off then they don’t really help but if I take them when I’m feeling a bit calmer with life they do help me sleep. Everyone is different so I’d say try them.

Having taken this product for a month I have noticed considerable improvement in my legs and hip. Especially in my leg muscles. I have fibromyalgia and arthritis, and it’s made a huge difference.

Depuis quelques semaines, j’avais du mal à m’endormir profondément, malgré une routine bien calée. Sur recommandation, j’ai tenté le magnésium bisglycinate de MM, réputé pour sa forme mieux assimilée et sa douceur pour l’estomac. Je le prends le soir, environ une heure avant le coucher. Résultat : un endormissement plus rapide, sans cette sensation de tension nerveuse que je traînais souvent en fin de journée. J’ai aussi remarqué que mes nuits sont un peu plus stables, avec moins de réveils. Le format 90 gélules est pratique et la gélule végétale se digère sans souci. À noter : l’effet n’est pas “magique” dès le premier jour... Je recommande ce produit à ceux qui cherchent un complément naturel pour améliorer leur sommeil, sans accoutumance ni effets secondaires.
