The CAMBIVO Elbow Brace (2 Pack) is a solid, comfortable option for elbow support and pain relief. I originally purchased these for tennis elbow, and while they do provide good general support, I learned that they weren’t quite what I needed for that specific issue. For tennis elbow, you typically need additional, targeted pressure on the tendon, which a compression sleeve alone doesn’t fully provide. That said, these are still very useful for light to moderate support, arthritis discomfort, workouts, weightlifting, or general elbow strain. The two-pack is a great value, and they’re comfortable enough for extended wear—just keep in mind they’re better suited for overall compression rather than targeted tennis elbow relief.

I bought a pair of these because I was having elbow pain from doing pull ups. I would wear one on the affected elbow and it minimized the discomfort and I was able to continue doing pull ups. After a few months I do not have any pain in the affected elbow. I started wearing them on both arms just to prevent a future occurrence. I am 5'8" 170 pounds and size medium has a snug fit without affecting mobility.

Buy this product. Have bursitis in my elbow leading down to forearm. Purchased many sleeves and all too tight where it made the pain worse. Purchased this pair and they are so comfortable yet gives you all the support and flexibility you need and actually eases the pain. Great price and definitely a great elbow support sleeve. Highly recommend buying this one.

For size choice I had measured my forearm right above the elbow (under biceps) and came up with 28 cm. I ordered M (which was for 28-32 cm) just in case, and it fits really well. The sleeve reaches to the mid biceps, so this is the area you should base the size choice on, I think. The sleeve feels comfortable and I'll try it for the workout today, but it seems to be compressing the blood flow a bit, so I am not sure I could wear it all day.
