The wood construction is great. But the crutch tips wore out at the end of the second day. Caused me to fall on my face in the middle of a store. The under arm pads are also showing signs of wear after two days. These things needs to be upgraded for 5 stars

I ordered a pair of these and they were missing a wooden foot. So I tried to exchange them but I was unable to with out putting a credit card on file. Instead I got a refund and repurchased the items. This time the handle is broken on one of the crutches. Don't buy these products if you "need" them because they're reliably nonfunctional.

Horriblly over priced and ineligible for a return. Waited over a week to get them as a Prime member. Stay clear of this company.
