I have a super sensitive kiddo and this product works great! No reactions at all.

I have hypothyroidism and buy this supplement to help regulate my bowels. It was recommended to me by my doctor and it has truly saved my life! I take 3-4 pills every night and it makes me go with ease the next day. They don't make me cramp and do not give me gas like some of the other similar products. I recommend this to anyone who needs some help getting regular again.

I have ordered 3a magnesia, by Lane Medical several times in the past. It is an effective ,yet gentle, laxative. I suggest starting with 2 at bedtime as a beginning. May be increased a couple more per day if needed. Medication has been consistent in formulae and results. This product was recommended by our naturopath when nothing else worked.

You have to adjust how many you take per night. I had to take six for a while and now I'm down to about 3 at night. And I don't get bloated
