I usually carry 25kgs when I am at gym but because of the on going situation, I needed a home based resistance workout.This resistance tube just arrived yesterday and i have been working out with it. And so far, I really really love it.It is probably the most easy to use piece of equipment I have. The effective weight of this product is as mentioned in the description and it is really strong. Initially i was scared to stretch it out too long but it turned out to be really flexible and i could stretch it from the ground level till 6-7 ft.Totally recommend it for people who need a home based workout.

20 kgi have started using it n it is really working good i find it the strong one a good quality one ppl should go for it wedh it cost 800 INR or 2000 INR it is valid all you is what you pay is quality and the quality is really good .. lets see how is it after a month ill edit and post it .

It works ok. If you purchase level 3 resistant bands from well know brand you will know the difference. This ain't that great .

Build Quality and handling:Totally As per discription and i personally find it very comfortable to use. Its rubber grip are very smooth and make your work out enjoyable. Even biginner can find it easy to use.Home Workout:I workout at home and i specially used it for fat burning and muscle strengthning exercise. I found Its resistance power appropriate for start up and after that there are some ways to increase it.Prize:First i was hasitate to order looking at its prize but Its quality and use are satisfied and totally worth to every penny i used.

I like the quality and look of that tube a lot but one main thing which i don't like is the resistivity of that bandIt was too light for meNo doubt it is good for beginnersFor me i felt it too light

Been using it for few months now. Good for beginners. Comes with a sheet which has pictures of 'how to use' though blurry and small. Comes with a door knob to anchor it.. works fine..

Pathetic experience..... The band broke after using it twice only and it wasn't even used with putting up a lot of weight or pressure on it... My money went wasted...!!! it looks good but the quality is very poor.
