After metanium was discontinued I needed a replacement for when rashes appeared. This did not disappoint Wish I knew about it sooner. It has a lovely smell also and doesn't stain. The only one I'll buy now, works quickly too and lasts a long time. Rubs in well and doesn't dry up on the nappy area leaving old crusty cream if there's any bits not rubbed in

Fab fab love love this product. Lucky it’s on Amazon as makes it easier for last minute buys when forgetting we need it (baby brain). Helps when nappy rash occurs and prevents it so so well. Very good for sensitive skin in my baby.

I used this with my first born many moons ago, and it didn’t fault so naturally I used this item again and it has been so good at preventing nappy rash on my little ones skin. The ingredients are all natural and there are no hidden nasties which I love, it smells lovely and is easy to apply. Amazing company and amazing bum, if I was to have any more there’s not doubt in my mind that I wouldn’t choose this nappy cream all over again. This product did not disappoint.

I bought this to use on my newborn after researching lots of brands to find the most natural and effective cream which is also cruelty free. This cream is so nice. It smells nice and forms a good barrier without being too thick. It’s helped clear up mild nappy rash. This is a changing essential for me now

Bought this to help with nappy rash and the cream worked on our baby in just a few hours. So the cream itself has been excellent and does a great job with quick results. I would like to feedback that the tube the cream is packaged in is made of some type of metal/alloy. There are some incredibly sharp corners and can easily cut skin. Which seems wild to me that Waleda would produce the cream in this type of tube given this product is for babies. So you have to be careful when using it to keep it away from your baby who is no doubt thrashing about when having their nappy changed. Its a shame it doesn't come in a safe plastic tub. Maybe this can happen at some point. But please be careful.

My best friend's baby was born before my baby. When my baby was born, they gave me this product as a gift. I have started applying this product to my baby from time to time, though not always. Now my baby will be 5 months old and still no rash. My baby's skin is comfortable and beautiful. Also, my baby is very fair skinned and has sensitive skin. That's why we used this product carefully and had no problems. Then we started using it constantly. We have been using it since the day it was born. Of course, not always, but we use the product immediately when we see redness or warmth. The redness goes away in a very short time and it solves the problem. Or if you drove before the problem, it solves the problem before my question arises. If you have a baby or your baby will be born, definitely keep this cream at home. You don't have to use it, but you will definitely need it. If you want to use it, you can apply it once a few days. How do I use it? Sometimes it takes several times a day, sometimes I use it once a few days. Sometimes I use baby powder instead of this product. But I use such things to avoid problems. It does not harm my baby and prevents my baby from being harmed. It rubs in many places on the baby's underside that the diaper can come into contact with. Especially between the legs. I apply it 3-4 times as long as the tip of my average pinky finger. Then I leave my baby's bottom open for 5-6 minutes. I both breathe and apply the cream. It relaxes, heals and works.

Purchased multiple over the years, always clears up any nappy rash etc vey quick, even when the kids were teething and in a bad way this instantly helps. You can tell the difference even the same day.
