Bet winner
I took a risk on this book and bought it for my little nephew, who reads nothing but Geronimo Stilton. My gamble paid off - he loved it and also learned something new!

Good read
Good read for 5-6 year olds. A different perspective - first flight seen through the eyes of a child.

Interesting Read even for a grownup
My 6 year old read it solo in about 30 min and found it so interesting he was willing to give a report on it there and then, very well written and informative.

It is an easy read based on historical fiction
The seller shipped the book quickly. The book is broken into chapters. It is an easy read based on historical fiction. It was engaging for my daughter. She enjoyed learning about the Wright Brothers from the perspective of a child that was watching and interacting with them. I like that this story encourages kids to keep trying even when they are not successful on their first few attempts. This was a significant event in American history. I love that it has been written on a level that a first or second grade child can fluently read.

A delightful story that inspired a trip
After reading this book to our kids we took a trip to the Wright Brothers National Park site. This book inspired and informed my kids in advance of the visit so that they could better appreciate the place once we got there. Highly recommend for young readers.
