How do i know when this is full and needs to be regenerated?

Think you will know when.Instructions in the box do give the dry weight and the weight it rises to with maximum water vapour absorbed.Our thoughts are, in a car it probably wont get that much water to absorb and we will dry it out at some point, we feel it is right to.We have the product in a car, not a boat!
