This is for my son he says it is a wonderful read.

The complete novels of Sherlock Holmes - what more do you want?! The paper quality and the printing is nice. The book weight is light. Overall it gives one a great feel. Not to mention it is obviously a great read. If you don't yet own a copy, this will be a fantastic choice to invest in. Also good for gifting to new converts.

This book has many amazing stories.If you are planning on getting it,think no further and just go for it. Would not disappoint.

I got in good packaging and its epic. I had return of Sherlock holmes and Vol 2 of the complete adventures but since this book was soo cheap only 150 for me i bought it regardless whether one set of stories was overlapping. It has the following material: 1)A Study in Scarlet(Introduce Holmes and Watson) 2)The Sign of Four. 3)The Adventures,Memoirs and Return of Sherlock Holmes(these are short stories)

Book cover was distorted a bit in few places, also the bill stuck behind the book became sticky and made the back dirty and due to that parts of the book cover got removed in places.... Packing needs to be improved a lot going ahead....

It's good but it's 10.6cm*17.6cm means it's too small.There was a little damage on cover and two little cuts on its page and the smell of the page was little irritating and the quality of page was medium but considering its price its good.

I love Sherlock Holmes. No I am in love with Sherlock Holmes. Now I am 34. I started lending from here and there the short stories, novels and essays from the age of 10. By 12, I was a fanatic of Sherlock Holmes. So at 15 after much hard savings of my pocket money, I brought the original and unabridged version of the entire collection of Sherlock Holmes in hardcopy boxset. For studies and job I have been posted across India, the set was always to be in my luggage at first then everything else. But I always dreamed off how to have Mr. Holmes and Dr. Watson with me all the time, every moment. Then came Kindle and Smartphone. I have recently downloaded the Kindle App both in my smartphone and laptop. And off I started my magical dream of Kindle with my life-long asset Sherlock Holmes.

This was obviously translated from another language because whoever translated it, did an absolute shoddy job, every other word is in another language and it just ruins the reading experience. Disgraceful.

Si tratta del primo di due volumi sulle avventure del detective più famoso del mondo. Ottima lettura in lingua originale ad un prezzo estremamente basso. Il libro è un "mattone": copertina flessibile, molto spesso, carta delle pagine abbastanza fragile. È sopravvissuto ad una settimana di vacanza, gettato più volte al giorno nello zaino quindi non dovreste avere grossi problemi. Grandissimo libro

I'm a fan of detective stories and was therefore extremely happy to find this collection of short stories about Sherlock Holmes. The writing is so good that you can paint a mental picture of Sherlock and from time to time get annoyed with his arrogance and the admiration of Watson. The mysteries are also not for the reader to be solved. One is merely invited to witness the conclusions of Sherlock's great minds. Although with some stories my guesses were pretty close to the truth. However, I'd recommend it to everyone who enjoys detective stories.
