THE PRODUCT WORKS JUST FINE THANKS TO BOYAO (WHERE I COME FROM THAT MEANS CRACK) BUT AFTER EHH 18 MONTHS OF BACKING UP MY OLD SCHOOL DVDs IVE NOTICED IT SLOWS DOWN ,DONT KNOW WHY BUT YEAH SOI BOUGHT A NEW COMPUTER DOWLOADED THE PROGRAM ON IT BUT THEN I TOOK IT BACK AND I HAD NO MORE ACTIVATION SO I CONTACTED SUPPORT RIGHT AWAY AND THEY GOT BACK TO ME AND GAVE MY ACCOUNT A=NOTHER ACTIVATION SO THAT WAS IN SEPTEMBER OF 2015 SO SOMEBODY WORKS AT COSTUMER SUPPORT ALSO THIS PRODUCT IS NOT INTENDED FOR YOU TO GO TO REDBOX AND GO CRAZY IT EVEN SEZ SO ON THE BOX ..BUY IT

Waste of money. The box says that it will rip any DVD or Blu-Ray and so far I have only been able to rip 1 DVD. Any DVD I try that has more than just the movie (Bonus Material) will result in an error. I sent a complaint but still no response.***Edit***After contacting support, they sent me emails explaining how to rip everything on the DVDs. I still think they should include this information in the package so it would make it easier for people buying this. Works good now. Bumped my rating to 3 stars just for that. I would give it a higher rating if it wasn't so much of a hassle.>>> 2018 Edit <<<As of now you need to purchase other software for $50 in order for this to work. There is no support to contact for this software. On the website any links to contact support are closed and the phone number listed does not work.

Bought this a couple days ago and received it today. The copy I received was 123 Copy Dvd Platinum 2013 Bling Software Ltd it was just in a different box.

The program is not as easy to use as I believed it would be. The program requires that you designate the number of copies you want to make before downloading a DVD. I tried doing 10 copies of a high school reunion, but it took over 6 hours for it to download the DVD and I could only burn 3 copies from the download. Then I tried doing 5 copies and the download took over 2 hours but I got 4 good copies. Each copy needs to be reviewed for quality control of the content. I needed the program and it did the job, but I was frustrated with the process of using it.

Absolutely met my expectations. I've used the program for years but I lost it. I found a fantastic price here for the latest version so I grabbed it!

this product sucks it not worth the time or the money the only benafit to this product is it comes on a disk but at the same time you still need enet to downlod updates so with that sed it's pointless becuse it's not complet softere off the disk thus this softwere can only rip in wmv format and also takes more space on your hard drive compared to other progams that rip in the same format i suggest learn from my mistakes and dont pay for this softwere

Works great. had an earlier version which made using this one easy. Could be a little tricky if you don't know what your doing.

I recirved my copy of 123 copy DVD platinum v11.0.3.18 today Ito activate enter license ID 32 characters , did that said key to activate , did that but it will not activate the server, do not purchase this won't work ? This makes 3 I have purchased trying to get one DVD copier , I do write reviews such as this one !
